【 Tale of the West 】

Back to the American Civil War in the 1860s, at that time, Western cowboys only wore suspenders, while belts were primarily used by soldiers. However, as surplus military belts entered the second-hand market, cowboys began to accept belts worn around the waist. By the early 1920s, belts had became the mainstream choice, and Western decorative patterns were also incorporated onto them.

Due to the cowboys' long hours working in the wilderness or on the plains, the flamboyant and eye-catching designs of Western attire served the purpose of making them recognisable even from a distance.

Craftsmen showcased their creativity by crafting decorative belt buckles for cowboys, gradually forming a set of Western aesthetics. These belt buckles drew inspiration from natural environments, ethnic stories, important events, and more.

Compared to previous styles, our Western Belt has been adjusted in terms of width, thickness, and pattern craving, allowing it to seamlessly blend with different fashion styles.

【 .9999 Silver-plated Buckles 】

In today's mass-produced fast fashion world, it is quite challenging to find high-end decorative buckles reminiscent of the western past. We have ultimately succeeded in collaborating with a foundry to create buckles with a purity of .9999 silver-plated.

The cost of plating sterling silver is ten times higher than normal silver colour only, but it results in a more lustrous and distinct silver tone, providing a different tactile experience when held in hand, showcasing its exceptional quality and significance.

The Italian vegetable-tanned cowhide demonstrates a natural and casual touch. Each piece carries unique natural patterns and characteristics, and over time, it develops a richer patina. This is the result of a months-long and time-consuming tanning process.
